While there's interest in comparison charts, here's a rough table I made up
mostly after Mobile World '93 in Boston last March.  Info is mostly gathered
from various vendor spec sheets and news sources.  No guarantees of
completeness or correctness---Nigel's PDA chart has some info not here.
