The following are IBM VGA pinouts (15 pin mini D-sub).  Mac II is slightly
different (15 pin D-sub).

1 - Red video
2 - Green video
3 - Blue video
4 - Ground
5 - Self test
6 - Red ground
7 - Green ground
8 - Blue ground
9 - No connection
10 - Digital ground
11 - Ground
12 - Reserved
13 - Horizontal sync
14 - Vertical sync
15 - No connection

There is an FTP site, busop.cit.wayne.edu, that contains lots of info on
the SNES, including various versions (not all the same) of the connector.
It's all in the pub/famidev directory.
