There are many pictures in the paper. We made dummy versions of the pictures (very low resolution) and labeled the pictures with the filenames of the real pictures. We inserted these dummy pictures into the paper. We haven't made any effort to size the pictures appropriately, or to flow text around them. There is one diagram in the paper, made with Corel Draw for Windows, version 3. We have included the original Corel Draw document, as well as embedding it in the document (it does appear to print well from inside the document). Note that some of the lines are drawn in black, and some drawn in 50% grey.
