Working with Levi Strauss to design and implement a fast, reliable, and low-cost system to extract body measurements for making affordable custom-tailored clothes. Phase two of the project will be to provide "virtual try-ons" feature for customers. Aqua Communications Inc. - Cyber Square Cafe Summer 1996. Designed and implemented the security and accounting infrastructure for an NT server / 95 client network and an on-line ordering system using Visual Basic, JavaScript, SQL, and Microsoft Internet Information Server for Cyber Square Cafe. The cafe opened in Taipei, Taiwan in December 1996. MIT Laboratory of Artificial Intelligence - Functional PostScript Summer 1994, January to October 1996. Designed and implemented Functional PostScript, a device-independent graphics package that utilizes existing PostScript rendering engines to produce quality and portable output from Scheme. Version 1.0 released in October 1996. Internship At Hughes Network Systems - Token Ring SNMP Summer 1995. Set up and tested the new version of the token-ring MIB SNMP package on Hughes' various platforms and OS environments. Conducted comparisons between the new and the old SNMP software. Oakville Trafalgar High School - Point-of-Sale Program January to May 1993. Led a team of student programmers to design and implement a point-of-sale program in VisualBasic for the school store. The software is still used for sales and inventory.
Teamwork & Leadership Experience	MIT Solar Car Team - Aztec, Manta, and Manta GT April 94 to August 97. Served as team treasurer and electronics group leader. Worked with thirty other students from various departments to design and fabricate award-winning solar cars. The MIT team raced in the '95 and '97 national Sunrayce from Indiana to Colorado, capturing 1st and 2st place out of forty competing schools. Working with fifty other Tau Beta Pi students to organize the TBP career fair, the chapter's largest annual event.
